"I am a new reseller at Visual Presence, having transferred several domains from another service to yours during the month of November, 1999. I transferred from the old service because I could not reach anyone at tech support and had experienced problems getting a new domain up and registered with the InterNIC. I have cancelled that service and, to date, have STILL not heard from them.
I was very pleased with the speed with which service was established for the three domains that I transferred, and for the two new ones that I established once I got here.
I very much like the control panel that allows me to control how and what kind of services are provided to the client. I like the fact that I can come in on my domain and set up a new domain on the fly, so to speak, and determine what services that client will have.
I'm still learning how the service works. So, I have lots of questions. When I haven't been able to find an answer, I've always gotten quick response from tech support and the answer is always the right one, the first time."
